SHIPPING POLICY
Shipping is paid for by the client (including wholesale), no exceptions. Please be aware of this prior to placing any orders.
A tracking number will be supplied once your order has shipped. Canada Post is our primary shipping provider. If you would prefer a different shipping provider, please contact us for an updated shipping quote, prior to placing your order. Unless otherwise instructed, packages will be sent via the least expensive/often slowest option that still includes insurance and tracking.
If your package arrives damaged, please contact us immediately and provide pictures of the item's defect or damage, as well as any damage to the packaging.
Any customs or duty fees are the responsibility of the client.
Please ensure your address is correct when ordering. Autumn Blue Design is not responsible for missing orders or returned orders due to an incorrect address provided.
