DO YOU SHIP WITHIN CANADA?

Yes; shipping is calculated upon checkout for all Canadian addresses. Due to the size and nature of our products, PO boxes may or may not be permitted. Please inquire if you are unsure.

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY (INCLUDING TO THE USA)?

At this time, we do not ship internationally via our calculated rates on this website. Please email us directly at autumnbluedesign@gmail.com to inquire about a custom shipping quote. 

WHERE CAN I PICK UP MY ITEM LOCALLY?

We are located in SE Calgary, Alberta, Canada. Please use the code "LOCALPICKUPYYC" when checking out to remove the shipping charges and instead pick up your item locally!

WHAT CURRENCY IS USED ON THIS WEBSITE?

Canadian Dollars (CAD). We are located in Calgary, Alberta, Canada, and our chosen currency is a reflection of this.

DO YOU USE VINYL FOR YOUR SIGN AND GROWTH CHART RULER DESIGNS?

No, we pride ourselves on using only the finest paints and stains in our designs, no vinyl here. Every detail is painted and is handmade with love.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO PREPARE MY "IN STOCK" SIGN OR GROWTH CHART RULER?

Our “In Stock” section is great if you are looking for a last-minute gift, or if you just aren’t into waiting to have something made to order. Shipping times will vary by location, but a timeline and tracking number will be provided once they are in the mail. We will make every effort to have your In Stock item in the mail within 1-2 business days. 

HOW DO I USE AND CARE FOR MY WIPE BOARD?

Easily! Due to the nature of the wipe board material, ONLY wet-erase chalk markers can be used safely on the surface. Please do not use any other type of marker on them. It is also important to properly clean the inserts immediately after you are finished using them to avoid any etching over time.

To clean the inserts, remove them from the frame and use a wet cloth to wipe the wet-erase chalk marker off. Dry the inserts fully and re-store them all inside of your reusable frame. Please do not get the frame wet to avoid damage. That’s it!

WHAT IS YOUR DESIGN PROCESS FOR CUSTOM ORNAMENTS?
After purchase, you will be contacted via your provided email address to discuss design ideas as well as be provided with instructions on how to submit any pictures. A design concept is then mocked up digitally, including requested colors, fonts, etc. The proof will be provided to you via email or Facebook Messenger (as per your preference). You are welcome to request as many changes as you'd like until you are delighted with your design. Once you approve the design, we will get to work and start creating the real ornament. Once completely finished, it is either ready for local pick up (in Calgary, AB, Canada), or is packaged and shipped to your address.
